Des has over 20 years experience in Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba, and 15 years teaching all levels from total beginners and upwards. He has trained across the world under teachers in Australia, USA and Europe, including bachata pioneers Jorjet Alcocer, Juan Ruiz, Ataca & La Alemana, and Daniel & Desiree. He believes that dance should be accessible to everybody and is a language that anyone can learn. His passion is teaching people to discover their connection to music and starting them off on their own dance journeys!
